Training and Development
We have always regarded training and development of our employees a very serious job and therefore we continuously put in a lot of effort into building and nurturing the skills, professionalism and know-how of the people.
From the moment you join us, you will need to undergo a full orientation programme which commences with a familiarisation of the people and policies of the firm. This will be conducted by the Human Resources Department. Next, a detailed technical training programme will be delivered by the Audit Operations and Technical & Training Department.
The firm also provides "on the job" training and other specialised training programmes to improve your "soft skills".
Periodic performance and assignment reviews will actually determine and identify your training needs from time to time.
