Exchange Programme

BDO is committed to worldwide networking and seeks to create an international pool of secondment opportunities. Therefore every country in which BDO is represented is a potential secondment participant. This programme provides employees with the opportunity to develop their key skills in an international environment and enhances awareness of multinational clients, making them better equipped to serve when they return. Depending on the requirements of the receiving country, the typical duration of a secondment under this programme is between 3 months to 2 years.
